Staff is very nice and Dr mike is awesome. Dr takes good care of me and family. Been seeing him for over 8 years now. He is the best dentist.

I had my implant crown come off on Wednesday evening. I had an appointment that needed to be kept on Thursday. They were able to get me in by 9:15 and I was on my way 20 minutes later. Where else do you find a dentist that accommodating? Happy to be a patient here and spread the word how great they are! Love the office and staff!

The best care I have ever had for dental. An understanding and kind staff who are very good at nearly painless work even if you have some tragic dental issues. They fit me in the day of for an emergency visit. They understand how to bill insurance and are kind and helpful with financial planning.

I was sent to DDS with a military dental voucher. I wasn't to sure what to expect, what I wasn't expecting was to be introduced to one of the best dental offices I have had the chance to experience. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and very courteous. The lobby is very clean and has tons of reading material, which is a shame because I have never spent more then five minutes in the lobby after checking in. The dental assistants must really like working there because they always seem in such a good mood. They engage in idle chitchat and seem very attentive to your needs. Doc Cho is a amazing, his work is on point. He took care of my original CAT 3 and submitted a few other problems that weren't in the voucher. He was able to get them covered and each visit I have made sense the first has been better then the last. Keep up the good work, DDS team. I will be sure to send anyone and everyone I know your way.

I cannot say enough about DDS Dental and Dr. "Mike". Due to extreme dental anxiety I have neglected my dental care. So on a late Friday night when I found my self in extreme tooth pain my husband searched the web and found DDS Dental was open on Saturday even though we had never been there my husband called and left a message on Friday night at 10:30 within 15 minutes he got a text back that I had an appt. the next morning at 9:00. I explained my severe anxiety and they could not have been more patient or understanding. I had broken my bridge and had an infection. We got the infection taken care of and 2 weeks later went in for tooth extraction and bridge repair. None of this would have been possible without the support and attention HEIDI, DR. MIKE and the rest of the staff. So after many years of dental neglect I am actually looking forward to getting my dental health back in order. At the ripe old age of 60 I have found my forever dentist.... finally!! Thank you DDS Dental from the bottom of my heart

I have been using dds for 7 years now. I have even moved yet still drive out of my way for myself and my family to come here. Dr Mike and his staff are always so friendly and professional and great workmanship! I have has everything from cleanings, fillings and sic month smile braces from Dr Mike and am very satisfied.

Dr. Mike, Heidi and the rest of his staff are absolutely amazing! I have had some tramatic dental experiences in the past and of course was nervous going to see any dentist. I had a chipped front tooth and also needed a cleaning. I called the office and spoke with Heidi who was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get on the schedule on a day that worked with my work schedule. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff who was warm and welcoming and all had smiles on their faces. (this is always a good sign to me). After being seen, Dr. Mike determined that I would need a crown on my cracked tooth. I had some cosmetic things I wanted done and figured that this may be the time to do it. Dr Mike helepd me come up with a plan that would be the most cost effective to get the results I was looking for. The day I came in for the major part of the work I was very nervous. I talked to Dr. Mike and told him how I was feeing and he was very gentle and I could tell he really cared about how I was feeling. Him and his Assistant were very midful through my whole apointment of how I was doing and letting me know what they were doing each step of the way. The Netflix that were available to watch helped as well. The experience and the results of the work I had done, far exceded my epectations. It was truly a 5 star ( more if I could rate it higher) experience. I would recommend This office for any and all dental needs! Best dental experience I have ever had!

My first visit to DDS Dental was 3 weeks ago. Prior to that I hadn't been to a dentist in 4 years (Which I was embarrassed about.) but Dr. Mike and his staff were nothing but wonderful to me. I feel welcomed and comfortable in the office. The atmosphere at DDS Dental is joyful and relaxed. It doesn't feel like a typical dental office, it feels like a family. I am impressed by the technology and tools in the office and even more impressed by the appointment availability. I haven't loved a dentist this much since my former dentist moved out of the area in 2007. I have been ranting and raving about this office and my experience to everyone I know. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Doctor Mike for a little less then a year now, I had some major dental work done and I have been very happy with Doctor Mike and all of his staff. My 5 year had his first cavity, I was very worried about how this was going to go, Doctor Mike was able to give him a shot and had his tooth fixed quickly, I am still not sure how he accomplished this without a single cry from my son, I am very impressed very good with children. Every one in his office is friendly and caring. I would recommend Doctor Mike to my friends and family

After 40 years in the medical field, I have come to value prompt, sincere, and direct evaluations. Not only did Heidi give me courteous and informative service, she set up an appointment right away. A previous dental office I had called told me it would be a long wait, as they would have to verify my insurance before I could be seen, and "that takes a long time" ? Strange... Heidi had it verified the next day. Dr. Mike spent time thoroughly explaining my options and how he felt he could best treat it - while he differed from some other advice I had been given elsewhere, he made sure I understood there are many treatment options, all may be valid, this was simply his preference. He was extremely professional, and also has a kind and gentle demeanor. I look forward to continuing my care at this office.

This place is amazing!! I almost don't want to write a review and give away my best secret. This is the best dentist I have ever had. Even my young kids feel very comfortable going here. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Dr. Mike is also very courteous in explaining each procedure prior to completing them. So you as a patient, or a parent, know what's happening and can make an informed decision. You never leave the office with questions, just a great smile!

I was looking to change my dentist I've been with for over 20+ years (long story)...short story is that I damaged a molar and needed to find a dentist that was preferably closer to my home and work. I found Dr. Mike & decided to visit him based on the reviews off this page. After our brief introduction (because I was in pain and nervous)...he got straight to work. I instantly knew that I was safe and in well educated/up to date hands. As it turned out, I fractured my tooth and possibly needed a crown. My next visit comprised of him digging in and finding out what went wrong. Thankfully he was able to save my tooth (no crown needed) and my checkbook. While he was in there he also extracted my last wisdom tooth which I barely felt, because I was too involved watching Cupcake Wars on TLC. Yeah...there's a TV that swivels overhead while they're working in your mouth to distract you! It totally worked. Heidi got straight to work on all the paperwork with my insurance company and out the door I went. I was then greeted with a follow-up call from her the next day to see how I was doing, and how my mouth was feeling. SO considerate and SO unexpected. I came back in July for my teeth cleaning, because my first visit wasn't about a routine exam. Jeff was amazing!!! My teeth haven't had service like that in FOREVER. After 35 minutes in I was wondering if polishing became a thing of the past with all these high tech gadgets he was using?! It's not a thing of the past, it's something that comes little later after his examination. Un-real! He thoughtfully talked to me about my teeth, my gums and what I use. He gave me gentle suggestions to try (like flossing more than three times a week) :) . I opted for the fluoride treatment (cotton-candy), and off I went. Again, I've never had my teeth serviced like that...ever. Dr. Mike and his staff are AWESOME! I truly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to go see them.You'll be impressed by the office, but more impressed with Dr. Mike. his staff and the service you'll receive.

The staff and doctor is very friendly and informative. I got referred by a friend and will continue passing on the word.  If you're in the area and looking for a no  hassle dentist visit, this is the place. Been going here now for last 2 years, it's nice having a dentist that is flexible with hours and open on Saturdays. Amazing environment and they know what they're doing..

Was referred to Dr. Mike and staff from a family member. After working in the field, I'm always a bit skeptical. Dr. Mike and staff are friendly, personable and informative. The business hours making getting an appointment easy and quick. We have now had simple child cleanings all the way to extractions and implants in this family and we all give them two thumbs up!! My kids and I especially like the converse :)

My husband came down with what he called "a toothache". Upon my inspection, I saw the hole side of his face was hot and swollen and he had a huge abscess on his gum. I can't even remember the last dentist he went to,so in a panic, I started searching yelp for help! Seeing the millions of dental offices in our immediate neighborhood but they were rated poorly, not at all or had 1 review, possibly by the dentist himself. I widened my search in sheer panic and came across DDS and Dr. Mike. Okay, so his office is 15 miles away, I have to pass 3,836,419 dentists to get to his office but he has 4 stellar reviews on yelp, one quick click to his website, I see that I can request an appointment, request a time, even explain the issue and urgency (by now it's 9:00 PM, my husband is near tears in pain, I'm half afraid he's going to die of an Advil and Tylenol overdose). After speaking to my husband at 9:00 am, I called the office. They had just opened, after feeling slightly stalker-ish, I explained I had requested an appointment, it's an emergency, They said they could see him at 1:00, hearing my hesitation, my husband really didn't want to leave early they said they could see him at 6:00. SWWEEEETTT!! They had all their paperwork online so I could fill it all out, fax it over so my husband didn't have to worry, perfect! My husband's biggest fear of the day: they'd give him antibiotics, possibly pain meds, and send him on his way, saying they couldn't do anything until the infection was gone. Well, part of his biggest fear came true. Dr. Mike did prescribe antibiotics and pain meds and sent him on his merry way, but it was AFTER Dr. Mike took the time to pull his tooth (it just HAD to be done, no saving this one!) and get rid of the abscess. I get off work later than my husband, even leaving early and racing up to Marysville from office in Kirkland, I walked in just in time to catch the "what happens now" consultation. Dr. Mike took the time to back track, show me the X-rays, explain what he did and why, and went over the after care instructions with me. What struck me most about Dr. Mike was how much of a "real person" he is. He is very funny, in a light, easy going way, he instantly makes you feel at ease, like an old friend. He comes across as very passionate about his job without judgement on his patients, no long lectures about how my husband should have come in YEARS ago, no lectures on bad habits, just acceptance and "okay, your smoke, if your going to smoke, make sure, while this is healing, you smoke like this...". SERIOUSLY?!? A kind, funny, down to earth, realistic dentist with no condescending lectures?!? He's the dentist you really feel like you can tell him, honestly, all your bad habits, and he's not going to judge, he WANTS to HELP you and actually CARES about every single patient who comes in. Checking out... Ms. Heidi (it is Heidi, right? With all of the excitement of the day, I may have her name wrong, but I will be sure to double check and correct myself if I am wrong), She is just as amazing as Dr. Mike! She knows all the patients, and the playful, fun banter between her and Dr. Mike, and the other patients puts everyone at ease. She is just as passionate about her job as Dr. Mike and you can tell she could work in any dental office, but chooses to work with Dr. Mike. That alone is a HUGE complement to Dr. Mike, competent staff is vital, someone who is competent, knowledgeable, fun, and chooses to work where she's at says two VERY important things to me. #1. Dr. Mike is a great dentist, a great employer, and an even better person #2. She is just as invested in the patients, practice, and passionate about her job as he is. The whole office comes across as caring, easy going, but very passionate about their jobs. If you love your job, you never work a day in your life, and they love their jobs. I sent my husband home to start his recovery process and was checking out for him, happily paying the small amount that insurance didn't cover and decided that this was my entire family's new dental office. With the theory of "it's easier to do a tune up than replace the entire motor" I was on board to schedule my husband's next appointment, this one just a routine check up with a cleaning and x rays, while I'm at it, let's get me and the three kids in too. It really struck me that neither Dr. Mike, nor Heidi had pressured us about seeing him again soon, there was no pressure to schedule the next appointment. When I asked Dr. Mike when he HAD to see my husband again, he said something along the lines "oh, you shouldn't have to come in again over that tooth, just make sure to take the antibiotics until they are gone". The attitude of "we are here if and when you need us" makes me WANT to come in. This dental office CARES about YOU AS A PERSON, not how much money they can squeeze out of you until you figure out what they are doing.
