After 40 years in the medical field, I have come to value prompt, sincere, and direct evaluations. Not only did Heidi give me courteous and informative service, she set up an appointment right away. A previous dental office I had called told me it would be a long wait, as they would have to verify my insurance before I could be seen, and “that takes a long time” ? Strange… Heidi had it verified the next day.
Dr. Mike spent time thoroughly explaining my options and how he felt he could best treat it – while he differed from some other advice I had been given elsewhere, he made sure I understood there are many treatment options, all may be valid, this was simply his preference. He was extremely professional, and also has a kind and gentle demeanor. I look forward to continuing my care at this office.
