I have been working to get this blog up for several months now and it is finally here. I am happy to share an additional form of communication with my patients. I plan to use this blog to answer questions, share articles, keep in contact with patients and to share my thoughts. I had a chipped front tooth and also needed a cleaning. I called the office and spoke with Heidi who was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get on the schedule on a day that worked with my work schedule. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff who was warm and welcoming and all had smiles on their faces. (this is always a good sign to me). After being seen, Dr. Mike determined that I would need a crown on my cracked tooth. I had some cosmetic things I wanted done and figured that this may be the time to do it. Dr Mike helepd me come up with a plan that would be the most cost effective to get the results I was looking for. The day I came in for the major part of the work I was very nervous. I talked to Dr. Mike and told him how I was feeing and he was very gentle and I could tell he really cared about how I was feeling. Him and his Assistant were very midful through my whole apointment of how I was doing and letting me know what they were doing each step of the way. The Netflix that were available to watch helped as well. The experience and the results of the work I had done, far exceded my epectations. It was truly a 5 star ( more if I could rate it higher) experience. I would recommend This office for any and all dental needs! Best dental experience I have ever had!
